JMD asked TAC to provide refresher training for all their drivers. Over 60 people were trained in small groups over a number of weeks.

The drivers were keen to get up-to-date details and with comments like "very good and interesting", "well presented and understandable!" and "the update was very useful", it shows both the drivers and company have benefitted enormously.
